Initial ratings for BYU Football on EA Sports College Football have been released

The EA Sports College Football video game is releasing this week. In a video posted by YouTube streamer Eric Rayweather, Rayweather showed off the uniform combinations for each team featured in the game. He also revealed the team ratings for each team featured in the game. BYU is rated 80 overall, which puts them in a tie for 12th place in the Big 12 Conference.

BYU's offense was tied for last in the conference with a rating of 75. BYU's defense was slightly better with a rating of 78, which was tied for ninth in the Big 12 Conference.

It's worth noting that Rayweather was streaming a beta version of the game so some things may be subject to change, but the overall ratings for Big 12 teams were similar in direction to the Big 12 preseason survey so it's unlikely we'll see a huge change in the ratings when the actual game is released.
