The usual Matchroom prospect showcase.
DAZN, 1pm ET, Jordan Gill vs. Zelfa Barrett.

ESPN+, 7 p.m. ET, Qualifier: Anderson vs. Mahy.

Ruben Villa will also be back and if Villa win, I hope he will be Luis Alberto López's next opponent. The two faced off on ShoBox in 2019, with Vila clearly winning, but it was an interesting clash of styles, with Lopez now definitely on top. The top featherweight in the sports world. There's a good story there and they can both fight. Robson Conceição also remains busy.
ESPN+ and ESPN, 10 p.m. ET, Jared Anderson vs. Riyad Mahi.
BLH has live updates. Anderson has been having some trouble outside of the ring lately, but the fight continues. The 24-year-old heavyweight blue chipper will face Belgian Melch, a former cruiserweight contender who moved up the division a few years ago. He lost to Kevin Llerena in May 2023, but returned seven months later to “upset” Tony Yoka in France. Efe Ajagba will also face Guido Vianello in a deciding clash between the two heavyweights, which could be Anderson's next opponent if all goes to plan.
