How to Unlock Dryleaf Arts (Martial Arts) in Shadow of the Erdtree
Unlocking Dryleaf Arts in Elden Ring's Shadow of the Erdtree isn't a particularly difficult task, but there are a few steps you'll need to complete before you can meet Dryleaf Dane and learn his ways.
First, it's best to defeat both the Dancing Lion of the Divine Beasts at Bellat Tower Village and the Twin Moon Knights of Ensis Castle. You won't need to defeat either of them because you can reach Dryleaf Dane's location faster, but we did this in advance just in case.
Once you've defeated Lelana, you'll be able to reach the Grace Ruins at Highroad Cross.
Here, you can talk to Leda and Hornsent, as well as pick up a Monk's Letter and the “May the Best Win” gesture. The Monk's Letter from Dryleaf Dane says, “If you wish to walk the path of the warrior, seek me in the East. When you find me, Please challenge me to a fight“No words necessary.”
