The EA Sports College Football 25 video game is getting closer to hitting store shelves as Electronic Arts has announced July 19th as the official release date, which comes in addition to officially revealing the various covers for each edition of the game that will be debuting.
Of note in EA's announcement was the announcement that there will be three different editions of the highly anticipated video game that fans can pre-order or wait for the official release date – Standard, Deluxe, and MVP – each with their own unique content.
Standard version: $69.99
Deluxe Edition: $99.99
MVP Edition: $149.99
standard: As the name suggests, this is the base version of the game and likely includes the same modes that are available to those who don't want to spend the money on other editions.
Deluxe: This version was made available to players three days before the game's official release and can be played from July 16 to 18, ahead of the usual release date of July 19. Deluxe also includes Ultimate Team, a mode that allows players to assemble their own team and compete against other gamers online.
MVP: Purchasing this version will get you one copy each of College Football 25 and EA Sports' flagship NFL game, Madden 25, as well as three days of early access to both titles, on July 16 and August 13, respectively. MVP players will also receive several Ultimate Team bonuses in both games.
