The Florida Panthers’ Stanley Cup victory was a testament to the skill of the players and the ability of the South Florida community to put on a memorable celebration – a testament to the united spirit and enthusiasm of the region.
Last week we saw the fathers. Dressed as a muscular man And the champion Jumping into the sea With the Stanley Cup.
Among the team's most ardent fans are some adorable, popular dogs and their owners who are celebrating the team's win in style.
In 2019, Cliff Brush formed a life-changing friendship with a goldendoodle named Brody.
“Brody was born in 2019,” Brush says, “and I started making content with him in 2020. We like to do a lot of fun adventures and fun events.”
Their outings have earned them more than 15 million followers on social media.
But perhaps no moment will be more memorable than when the puppy took in a Panthers game.
“I think Brodie got more attention than the players,” Brush said. “As the players started celebrating and we started to leave, all the attention seemed to be on Brodie.”
Brodie captured the hearts of Americans in Game 7 on Monday.
The goldendoodle sat in the front row, wearing orange earmuffs, watching the whole thing.
“The moment the ball hit the glass, he saw it,” Brush said. “He looked over and he was watching intently. Every time we scored, I gave Brodie a little lift and we shook hands.”
Brody and Brush's special relationship has landed them appearances on shows like “Good Morning America” and the opportunity to travel all over the country.
“We're best friends. He's OK in any environment,” Brash said. “He has a lot of confidence in me. We've made a lot of really great memories over the years. (Winning the Stanley Cup with the Panthers) is definitely up there with them. It's something I'll remember forever.”
The fun doesn't stop for the pair, as the Panthers have invited them to take part in Sunday's parade.
Please wave as they board the Celsius bus.
