EA Sports launched the team builder feature for College Football 25, and it didn't take long for the wildly popular video game to add some exciting new teams.
The game's latest version, NCAA Football 14, allowed users to create their own school, design the logo, uniforms and stadium to play in Dynasty mode, meaning they could build a fictional team into a national champion, or recreate a smaller school not featured in the game and upgrade it to a powerful FBS conference.
When College Football 25 was announced, EA Sports said it would include all 134 FBS schools, but not the 129 FCS teams. But that all changed with the new Team Builder, released on Thursday. Players who sign up for an EA account can access the Team Builder website and upload their own logos to create their teams. They can also share their teams for other players to use.
And players got incredibly creative in the first 24 hours of the service. How many of these designs survive will depend on how strict EA gets with copyright laws. But here are some of the teams, real and fictional, that appeared in College Football 25 and were shared on social media.
Youngstown State University
North Carolina A&T
Creighton and the Big East as a whole
Tampa Bay Rays
Orlando Magic
Star Wars Tatooine
