The 26-year-old actress and model follows a very grueling but fun training schedule consisting of Pilates, cardio, mixed martial arts, and water sports.
Lately, she's been into hardcore Pilates-inspired workouts. It costs around £40 per class and is widespread across the country.
He told WSJ. She recently revealed in a magazine: “I like this place called SolidCore. It's a full-body, high-intensity workout, but I use a reformer, so it's very tiring. I love it.''
SolidCore was founded in Washington, DC in 2013 by Anne Mahlum, a former nonprofit turned entrepreneur. She created this to “redefine Pilates core training.”
In addition to her popular training, Sydney has also previously competed in MMA competitions, but she is unable to do as many activities as she would like in case she gets injured.
In an interview with Women's Health magazine, Sydney recalled:It was a grappling match with all the guys in the next weight class above me, and I came in first place.
“Those guys probably said, 'Oh, I didn't want to hurt her,' but they definitely tried to. Everyone was sweating!”
Sydney also extols the benefits of watersports, claiming that they always make your body more “sculpted” and “stronger.”
The magazine continued, “I grew up around the water and was always running around in a bikini. If I wasn't swimming in a lake or ocean, I was skiing or trying my hand at surfing.
“After one summer, I see a huge change in my body. My arms are stronger and more sculpted. My abs are rock solid.”
When it comes to replenishing her body with the right nutrients and health benefits, Sydney only chooses water for hydration.
She told the publication that when she was young she decided to only drink water as a beverage of choice and now it's “her thing.”
But apart from the health and wellness aspect, Sydney also makes sure to indulge in naughty things when she wants.
The actress prefers to eat sugar in moderation and loves strange sweets, especially her childhood snack “Kraft Mac and Cheese.”
