according to ESPN's Pete Thamel, Hill committed to Arkansas State during a visit to the program on Friday night. Hill is expected to have three seasons of eligibility with the Razorbacks.
Hill originally arrived at FAMU after transferring from the Seminoles. But after former head coach Willie Simmons accepted the job at Duke, he decided to consider his options again. This led to Hill signing with Miami, Florida State's rival. He did not join the Hurricanes and spent his spring semester at FAMU. Now, Hill has found his third home in the portal just days after the Rattlers held their annual spring game.

The Georgia native signed with FSU as a four-star prospect in the 2022 class. He slotted into the running back rotation last season and had 50 carries for 190 yards and one touchdown while serving behind Trey Benson. Hill caught five passes for 83 yards this season. He had a season-high five carries for 42 yards in a close win over Boston College in September. Hill finished his time with the Garnet and Gold with 77 carries, 334 yards and two touchdowns.
FSU added multiple running backs over the winter through the high school ranks and the transfer portal. The additions are Roydell Williams, a transfer from Alabama, Jaylin Lucas, a transfer from Indiana, four-star Cam Davis, and four-star Mikahi Dungey. The Seminoles have eight scholarship players in the backfield.
So far, Florida State has welcomed two players into the portal this spring. wide receiver Joshua Burrell and cornerback Greedy Vance. In order to reduce the scholarship cap to 85 players, the program would still have to shed a significant amount of scholarship players.
