Morgantown, West Virginia – West Virginia University football coach Neal Brown announced that Justin Robinson, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound redshirt senior wide receiver from McDonough, Georgia, has signed a scholarship contract and will transfer from Mississippi State University to West Virginia. This will be Robinson's final year of eligibility.
