BIG RAPIDS, Michigan —
Two of the nation's top women's professional football teams will meet on Saturday, July 27, at Ferris State University's top Taggart Field in the National Professional Women's Football League's inaugural Premier Bowl Championship Game.

Tickets for the event are on sale now. translation Advance tickets are $10 each, and tickets will be on sale for $15 each at the Wheeler Pavilion ticket office on the Ferris State University campus before Saturday's game.
The 12-team premier women's football league in the United States is committed to promoting women's football and providing opportunities for female athletes to thrive in the sport.
League organizers say they aim to break down the barriers and stereotypes that have traditionally held women back, enabling them to realise their full potential on and off the field.
“Women's soccer has become a powerful force in the world of sports and our vision for female soccer players is to create a platform where they can shine and thrive,” the league said on its website. “We believe women have the same potential and passion for the game as men, and it is our mission to provide equal opportunities and resources for women.”
In addition to being showcased in Big Rapids, the championship game will be livestreamed by HomeTeam Live via the organization's app at app.hometeamlive.com, and additional streaming information can be found at uspwfl.org.
Top Taggart Field has been the home of Ferris State University's football team since 1957. Officially dedicated in October 1978, the stadium is located in the heart of the FSU campus.
The facility is also widely used by those outside of the university community as numerous athletic events at the high school level are held at Top Taggart Field along with other contests.
