Breakdown of positions
Forward/Midfielder
Saturday's main slate will feature two teams from the Big Six, Manchester United and Chelsea. Manchester United will host Burnley, while Chelsea will host Aston Villa.
The two Big Six teams on this list are the ones I have the least confidence in their ability to get consistent results. So even if United play Burnley, Newcastle are the biggest favorites at -470. The Toons suffered a disappointing 2-0 loss to Crystal Palace on Wednesday, but are in ideal position to bounce back against Sheffield United at home. Newcastle have an average of 2.06 goals/90 which makes him the fourth most, while the Blades have an average of 2.53 goals/90 which makes him the most in the EPL by a wide margin (0.44).
it's a very good omen alexander isak ($23, odds of scoring anytime -145), Callum Wilson ($18, -145), Anthony Gordon ($21, +115)and Harvey Barnes ($17, +130). Newcastle's forward-heavy line-up should be a good starting point for this weekend.
The next favorite after Newcastle is Manchester United (-200). Hoping for a United result is always a risk, but expecting them to score is a decent bet, for or against them. They have scored multiple goals or conceded multiple goals in each of their last five games across all competitions. Bruno Fernandes ($25, +175) They produced a world-class performance against Sheffield United and should be successful against Burnley, who have conceded the third most goals in the league this season. Rasmus Hoylund ($19, +110), Alejandro Garnacho ($20, +180)And if he starts, Marcus Rashford ($17, +130) All worth considering.
Wolves are also home favorites (-105) for the Luton side, who lost 5-1 to Brentford. Luton have conceded the most away goals in the EPL this season (43). However, Wolves are without a win in their last six EPL matches, scoring just four goals in that span.consider both Mateus Cunha ($19, +165) and Pablo Sarabia ($18, +240), but it's unlikely to be a high-scoring game here. This game he has the third worst odds (-167) with a probability of over 2.5 goals.
The most notable of the remaining matches is the one between Chelsea and Aston Villa.
Cole Palmer ($22, +175) Despite his illness, he would be at the top of the forward option list if he is available. Palmer is arguably the most in-form player in the league, with a combined 10 goals and two assists in his last five starts. During that run, he has averaged a whopping 9.2 shots and chances created per game.
As for Aston Villa, Ollie Watkins ($22, +130) is always in play and more likely to score than Palmer.
Added time — Other midfield options to consider include: Koby Mainu ($14, +240 in points or assists), Jacob Bruun Larsen ($16, +210), Andreas Pereira ($17, +140), Eberechi Eze ($21, +160), Michael Orise ($20, +180), Ivan Toney (if available — $19, +110), Dominic Calvert-Lewin ($18, +140), Leon Bailey ($18, +115)and Mykhailo Mudryk ($15, +155).
defender
What is Newcastle? Kieran Trippier ($5, +105 in points or assists) Our search for a defender begins with the Luton player, although he still suffers from a calf injury Alfie Doughty ($13, +250) and Fulham's Anthony Robinson ($15, +650). Doughty has scored at least 15.7 FanDuel points in eight of his last nine starts and has had a shot on goal in each of his last three games. Robinson has reached double-digit FanDuel points in an incredible 23 straight games, with a chance in each of his past six games. He should be busy at both ends of the pitch against Crystal Palace.
For Manchester United Diogo Dalot ($13, +340) He has reached double-digit FanDuel points in 9 of his last 10 games and has created a total of 8 chances in his last 5 games. United's inability to control the game continues to present opportunities for Dalot to pick up fantasy points at both ends of the pitch.
As always, Sheffield United's defenders will be busy. The Blades lost heavily at Newcastle and should have plenty of opportunities to defend. Anel Ahmedjić ($10), Mason Holgate ($9)and Auston Trustee ($10). Newcastle's 13.6 shots per game are seventh, while Sheffield's 17.8 shots per game are the most in the EPL.
As the second biggest underdog in the league, Burnley's defenders should be given plenty of defensive opportunities against Manchester United.it's a good omen Dara O'Shea ($12), Maxim Esteve ($11), Lorenz Assignon ($13)and Charlie Taylor ($9). For United, Harry Maguire ($14) He has taken 11 shots in his last six starts and has scored double-digit FanDuel points in each game.
Additional time — for GPP, for Burnley. Vitinho ($10, +550 for score or assist)He operates on the right side of midfield and has a high probability of scoring and assisting defenders, providing a way to exploit United's weaknesses defensively.
goalkeeper
newcastle Martin Dubravka ($14) have the best odds of winning by a wide margin, followed by United Andre Onana ($13).Wolf Jose Sa ($12) It has the second highest winning rate. After this trio, there is a gap in front of several goalkeeper groups with similar slim odds of winning, including Aston Villa's team Emiliano Martinez ($11),Flams Bernd Leno ($11)and Everton's Jordan Pickford ($10).
Dubravka also have the advantage in keeping clean sheets, with Sheffield United sitting at +120 without a goal, Burnley at +200 and Luton at +220. Leno has a similar outlook to SA, with Crystal Palace also listed at +220 without a point. After these, Brentford are the team most likely to be left off the scoresheet at +250, with Chelsea behind them at +330.
Stoppage time – Everton have a season-defining win against Liverpool, but Brentford are unbeaten in their last five games. According to FBRef, the Bees have allowed the fourth-fewest xG (24.7) on the road this season. Everton are listed at +300 with no points, so that path exists. Mark Frecken ($9) To have a good match.
