Fabio Francisco Arriero, 64, of Ashland, passed away on Saturday, April 27th.th2024. Born in Chia, Colombia, he was the son of the late Mercedes Vargas Viuda de Ariello and Dario Vargas, and the husband of Hilda Vargas.
Fabio immigrated to the United States in 1976. He graduated from Keefe Institute of Technology in his 1984. Fabio started his career in January 1981 in a warehouse at the TJ Maxx distribution center and was planning to retire within a few months.
Fabio enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and also enjoyed vacations to his native Colombia.
In addition to his wife Hilda, Fabio is survived by his children, Maria Arriello, Jose Arriero, Sonia Galeano, Fabio Arriero, son-in-law, Luis Vargas, and grandchildren, Marilis Santiago, Yariel Arriero, and Rosemeri Noriega. , Angelina Halloran-Arriello, and Adamaris are left behind. Santiago, Tirkson Galeano, Violet Arriero, his brothers, Juan Arriero, Dario Arriero, Humberto Arriero, Mars Arriero. In addition to his parents, Fabio was preceded in death by brothers: Gonzalo Vargas, Gladys Arriero, and Hector Hernando Arriero.
Family and friends will gather at the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St. Framingham, on Thursday, May 9, for visiting hours to honor and remember Fabio's life.th From 5pm to 8pm. His funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday morning at St. Stephen's Church, 251 Concord St. Framingham. Burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery.
