The Eagles are favorites to win the 2024 National Championship, and for good reason. BC heads to his first Hockey East championship in 12 years as he dominates UMass and BU, making BC win the most games of any Hockey East team since Maine in 1993 It was a great end to the regular season. Six Eagles were named to the Hockey East Division. The star team and four of their players rank in the top six nationally in total scoring, and the other two are Richter Award finalists, freshman goaltender Jacob Fowler and senior captain defenseman This is Eamonn Powell. Boston College is the youngest team in the nation and has been one of the best offensive teams in history all season, thanks to an all-star freshman lineup backed by one of the nation's best goaltenders and a top-five defense. ing. Will all of this young talent be able to win B.C.'s first national title since 2012?

The Wolverines have been here before, but they can't seem to get rid of the monkeys. This will be the University of Michigan's third straight Frozen Four appearance, but they haven't won a national title since 1998 and the 2024 team is expected to be less talented than the previous two teams. It is considered. After losing Hobey Baker winner Adam Fantilli to the NHL last offseason, Michigan has relied on a significant number of offensive playmakers to fill the gap. Sophomore and junior forwards Gavin Brindley, Rutger McGroarty, Dylan Duke and TJ Hughes have helped propel the Wolverines' offense to No. 3 in the nation behind B.C. and Denver, winning the last three postseasons. A game in which he has scored at least 4 goals in each game. However, their defense has struggled against the Big Ten's high-level offenses, ranking outside the top 30 in points allowed per game. But coming off two impressive wins over No. 6 North Dakota and No. 4 Michigan State, are the Wolverines ready to take the next step?

Located on the opposite side of Boston University is its archrival, Boston University. BU's season has been incredibly impressive, even if it has been overshadowed by its rivals at times. The Terriers boast a top-three offensive line led by Maclin Celebrini, who ranks second in the nation in goals scored and is widely expected to be the No. 1 overall pick in the upcoming 2024 NHL Draft. BU also has a star defenseman, sophomore Lane Hutson, who is tied for the nation's lead in scoring among defensive players and leads the nation's No. 6 defense. However, the Terriers did not always perform in high-pressure games this season, losing to Northeastern University in the Beanpot Championship Game and losing to Boston University in the Hockey East Championship. Can they turn things around this weekend and win the all-important trophy?

The Pioneers are no strangers to the national stage, having just won a national championship in 2022 (and 2017). Head coach David Karl is considered by many to be the best college hockey coach in the nation, given his ability to blend top young talent with seasoned veterans to create national title contenders. This season, his team is an absolute offensive force, scoring the most goals per game (4.7) in the nation, led by junior forward Jack Devine, one of the best players in the nation. It has become a powerhouse. Devine ranks among BC and BU's top players in terms of statistical advantage and is supported by a deep roster capable of scoring from any line at any time. However, his recent performance in the NCAA Tournament was extraordinary, with him narrowly winning 2-1 against both the University of Massachusetts and Cornell University in the NCAA regionals. Will the Pioneers' experience help them win their second title in three years?
