Eddie Hall just made his mixed martial arts debut in a somewhat unconventional bout, but emerged victorious with a brutal knockout win over his opponent.
Last night (June 7) he stepped into the Octagon at a World Freak Fight League event at King George Hall in Blackburn.
Taking on the former World's Strongest Man were TikTok brothers Jamil and Jamel Nefaty.
Between them they were nowhere near Hall's weight class, and at the weigh-in for the fight Hall outweighed them both combined by nearly six stone.
From the very start of the match, the Neferty brothers seemed to know they were behind and kept their distance from Hall and his mighty physique.

They circled a huge man named Hall until he finally got annoyed and shouted, “Just do something!”
In the first two rounds, they couldn't get close to Hall and Hall couldn't keep up, resulting in booing from the crowd and a far from exciting match.
People were coming to watch the fight, but they didn't get what they wanted until the third round.
The Nefertie brothers decided to finally try and catch Hall, but they quickly realized that stepping into the Octagon with him was a big mistake.
Well, maybe a bit too much. In Hall's MMA debut, neither man died at his hands, but he did lift one of his brothers and slam his face into the ground with a suplex.
He picked up the man, slammed him to the ground, and knocked him out with one punch. (World Freak Fight League)
The second brother tried to save the situation by wrestling with Hall, but to no avail.
The First Brother recovered from the suplex and stumbled back into the fight, but a single punch from Hall knocked him out and he was out again.
The rest of the match was a formality from there on out, with the victory of course going to Eddie Hall.
Before the match, the brothers said, “We were surprised he was in the match. We thought he was stronger.”
“He says he'll do this and that, but he's slow. We've been training with professional fighters, not with teddy bears like me.”
“I can imagine that after 45 seconds he would either be calling for help or would give up and start crying.”
Afterwards, one of them admitted, “It must have been a good punch because I don't remember anything.”
