Fort Lee-based Cross River Bank recently awarded a $20,000 grant donation from Foundation@ Cross River, Cross River's philanthropic giving arm, to Benjamin Rose, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and their caregivers. was awarded.
Benjamin Rose provides technology training to older Americans through its Connecting Seniors to Technology program.

Recognizing this challenge, Cross River is contributing to Benjamin Rose's efforts to provide older adults with the skills they need to navigate today's technological environment.
Cross River's grant donation will enable Benjamin Rose to offer a comprehensive training program designed specifically for older Americans.
The training cohort covers a wide range of topics, including basic computer skills, internet navigation, online banking, cybersecurity awareness, and financial education.
“The COST program provides older adults, the most isolated segment of the population, with access to knowledge, skills and resources to keep them age appropriate and have access to basic needs such as telemedicine and banking.
