Just A Chat is a Craigavon-based charity founded in 2022 by local man Conor Hegarty and his wife, which aims to raise awareness of and support mental health issues across the ABC borough and sometimes further afield.
The charity delivers workshops to schools and clubs across Northern Ireland and has also set up a boys' football group, Just a Chat FC, with over 60 members of all ages and abilities.
The charity recently celebrated its second anniversary with a hugely successful fun day out in Lurgan.
talk Armour I, Connor said the match combines two different sports in a fun and entertaining way, with the aim to create an engaging and unique event for everyone in the community.
Men's Mental Health Week runs from Monday 10th June to Sunday 16th June and the event will highlight the importance of looking after your mental health.
Connor said: “If you're struggling to find a local group that suits your interests, I'd encourage you to join one – the physical and mental benefits are immense.”
“These events are important not only to raise awareness of our message and the work we do, but also to bring the local community together and show just how fantastic the local groups and clubs on our doorstep are. Plus, we're guaranteed to see some friendly faces and lots of laughs!”
