College football's most anticipated game, Big Noon Saturday, Three epic matchups kick off on FOX
FOX College Football Friday begins Friday, September 13th
Los Angeles – Today, FOX Sports will announce select matches from the network’s 2024 college football schedule, featuring top games from elite conferences throughout the season.
Now in its third season, “Big Noon Kickoff” will air the top college football games each week, previewing the day's best matchups from college campuses across the country at 10 a.m. ET on FOX. Kickoff will be followed each week by the network's premiere matchup, “Big Noon Saturday,” which has been the most-watched college football regular season window on any network for three consecutive seasons.
Big Noon Kickoff & Big Noon Saturday
In Week 1, Penn State will face West Virginia. Saturday, August 31 It will air at 12:00 PM ET on FOX. For the first time, the BIG NOON KICKOFF crew will be in Morgantown, West Virginia, providing on-site pre-game coverage beginning at 10:00 AM ET.
In Week 2, the defending champion Michigan Wolverines will host the Texas Longhorns. Saturday, September 7 Airing at 12pm ET on FOX, BIG NOON KICKOFF will return to Ann Arbor, Michigan for a special three-hour edition show starting at 9am ET.
In Week 3's Big Noon Saturday matchup, Alabama will travel north to take on Wisconsin. Saturday, September 14 and 12 PM ET on FOX. The BIG NOON KICKOFF will also be broadcasting from Madison, Wisconsin, with pregame coverage beginning at 10 AM ET.
In the final week of the regular season, FOX Sports will broadcast “The Game” as the Ohio State Buckeyes host the Michigan Wolverines in Columbus, Ohio. Saturday, November 30 It will air on FOX starting at 12PM ET. The BIG NOON KICKOFF crew will be bringing you insights and expert opinions along with special guests ahead of this highly anticipated rivalry showdown in the three-hour edition starting at 9AM ET.

A new addition to FOX Sports' college football lineup, FOX COLLEGE FOOTBALL FRIDAY is a dedicated primetime window featuring elite college football on Friday nights on FOX throughout the fall.
The package starts Friday, September 13 The series will air at 8 PM ET on FOX, with new Big 12 Conference member Arizona taking on Kansas State in Manhattan, Kansas. In October, the Michigan State Spartans will face off against the Oregon Ducks in Eugene, Oregon in a Big 10 Conference showdown. Friday, October 4 It will air at 9pm ET on FOX.
Later that month, Rutgers will travel to the West Coast to face USC at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Game 1 of the World Series. Friday, October 25 The premiere of FOX College Football Friday on FOX will conclude with the Mountain West Championship. Friday, December 6 It will air at 8pm ET on FOX.
Key highlights of the 2024 season:
- In Week 1, the broadcast network will broadcast a special North Carolina-Minnesota matchup on Thursday night from Minneapolis, with the game starting early. Thursday, August 29 It will air at 8pm ET on FOX.
- In Week 3, FOX Sports will feature a long-standing rivalry showdown in Corvallis, Oregon, taking on Oregon State. Saturday, September 14 It will air at 3:30pm ET on FOX.
- In Weeks 1 and 2, FS1 will feature some intriguing matchups on Friday nights, starting with Western Michigan vs. Wisconsin at 9 p.m. ET. Friday, August 30 Then Duke vs. Northwestern at 9 p.m. ET. Friday, September 6.
- The Big Ten Network will be home to elite matchups all season long, with nine games on the air in Week 1, including the season openers for both Oregon and Washington.
College football's most-watched season
Launched in 2019, BIG NOON SATURDAY has made a major impact on the college football world over the past four seasons, being the most-watched college football regular season window across any network for three consecutive seasons. In 2023, BIG NOON SATURDAY reached its highest viewership ever, averaging 6,739,000 viewers, an increase of 8% over the previous year.
