Milwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard has been ruled out of Game 4 of the playoff series against the Indiana Pacers (7ET, TNT) the team announced on Sunday.
Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard are listed as absent for tonight's game.

Lillard underwent an MRI on Saturday to determine the severity of his Achilles tendon injury. He did not take questions as he greeted reporters while walking through an Indianapolis hotel with a walking boot on his right foot.
When Lillard didn't start in the regular season, Milwaukee went 1-8.

Dealing with injuries in the postseason is nothing new for the Bucks.
Antetokounmpo missed the final 1 1/2 games of the 2020 second-round loss to Miami due to an ankle sprain. Antetokounmpo returned to action against Phoenix, scored 50 points in the title-clinching Game 6, and was named NBA Finals MVP.
Middleton will miss the Bucks' final 10 playoff games in 2022 with a sprained medial collateral ligament, and Antetokounmpo left Game 1 of last year's first-round loss to Miami with a hip bruise and missed Games 2 and 2. He also missed three games.
