Agee Wilson highlights an Olympic development 800-meter women's field that includes 10 women from five countries, Penn Relays Presented by Toyota announced Monday.
Wilson, the 2022 World Indoor Champion and fourth-place finisher in the 2021 Olympic 800m final, holds a personal best of 1:55.61 and last year's Olympic developmental 600m event of 1:24. He returns to Franklin Field, where he just won the 45.
The field includes Americans Charlene Lipsey, Olivia Baker and Aaliyah Miller, as well as Canadian Madeleine Kelly, who switched from 1,500 meters to 800 meters, and Italian Sintayev Visa.
Baker is coming off a season in which she finished fifth at the U.S. Indoor Championships and ran a season-best time of 2:01.01 a year ago outdoors. Miller finished fourth in the 800 meters at Penn Relays last year.
Kelly, a three-time Canadian champion, ran an indoor time of 2:00.93 at the David Hemery Invitational in February.
