LONG BEACH, Calif. — Rumble Boxing, a boxing-inspired group fitness brand, has opened at 2nd and PCH Shopping Center in Long Beach.
The new studio offers a variety of classes for first-timers, including a free introductory class that's perfect for getting a taste of what working out is like, while more experienced members can take part in more advanced classes, including boxing-only and strength-training classes.
“The opening of the new Rumble Boxing Studio in Long Beach gives locals access to one of the best cardiovascular and fitness experiences out there – you don't have to be an expert to see fitness progress,” said owner Chris Suder.
