Louisville, prepare to fight.
The inaugural Bourbon & Boxing event will be held at Caesars Southern Indiana, marking the first time a boxing match has been held at Caesars in more than a decade.
“Bourbon and Boxing,” taking place Sept. 13 at Caesars, 11999 Casino Center Drive SE in Elizabeth, Indiana, will feature a black-tie boxing experience and premium bourbon tastings. Professional boxers from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Russia and the U.S. will compete. Title fights are also planned.
Information about the boxers competing in the eight-card bout schedule will be announced in mid-August, according to Andromeda Media and Film Group, organizers and producers of the boxing event.
“Bourbon and Boxing will be a groundbreaking event in the world of sports and entertainment,” producer and organizer Anna Good of Andromeda Media and Film Group said in a news release. “Featuring a powerful and incredible line-up of boxers, the event will highlight their incredible talent and impact on the boxing industry. The fighters participating are more than just athletes; they are poised to be champions and are ready to make their mark on the sports world.”
