Rohed Khan made a spectacular debut with Kangana Ranaut in Tejas last year. Currently, he is gearing up for another action-packed outing with 'Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan' (BMCM) starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. For the handsome man, it was a dream come true to work with Akshay Kumar, one of the iconic action heroes of Bollywood.
Rohed reveals that his fascination with martial arts and action-packed scenes stemmed from watching Akshay Kumar's films, especially a memorable scene in the 90s classic Keemat. “I am a big fan of Akshay Kumar and it is because of him that I started martial arts,” Rohed said. “In the movie 'Keemat', he fought against seven goons with his legs burned. He was so moved by the sight that he enrolled in karate classes.”
This accolade fueled Rohed's determination to pursue his dreams in the world of cinema. And now, finding herself sharing screen space with her childhood idol in 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' is nothing short of a dream come true for her.
Rohed reflected on his experience working with Akshay Kumar and expressed gratitude for the warm welcome he received on the sets. “Unfortunately, I didn't have much interaction with director Akshay as everyone was very professional on set,” Rohed said. “But they treated me so well that I never felt like an outsider.”
'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' is scheduled to release in April on Eid 2024 and features an ensemble cast including Akshay, Tiger, Rohed, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chhillar and Alaya F. do. Rohed also stars Detective Sherdil along with Diljit Dosanjh. pipeline. He is also reportedly starring in Ibrahim Ali Khan's debut film 'Sarzameen'.
