Hockey Canada announced Tuesday that Pittsburgh Penguins president of hockey operations and general manager Kyle Dubas has been added to the operations team for next year's Four Nations Tournament and men's Olympic team. Dubas, who served as assistant general manager at the World Championships a few months ago, will serve as director of player personnel for next February's Four Nations Face-Off in Montreal and Boston, a tournament featuring teams from the United States, Canada, Sweden and Finland.
