Fundora was already set to face former sparring partner Serhii Bokhatyuk, but was then promoted to the main event to face Tse for the WBO and WBC super welterweight titles.
With a whopping 23cm height difference between the two, the American poses a unique challenge for Tszyu.
However, given that Tszyu's trademark is ripping body shots, he could pose a danger to Fundora.
The card will also feature Australian middleweight star Michael Zerafa, who will face Erislandy Lara for the WBA middleweight title.
Obliged to be a challenger for the title, Zerafa perseveres and competes against the clock despite countless setbacks outside the ring, aiming to win his first world championship.
