Morgantown, West Virginia – West Virginia University football coach Neil Brown made the announcement. Jaheem Joseph, a 5-foot-10, 190-pound redshirt junior safety from Miami, Florida, has signed a grant and will transfer from Northwestern University to WVU. He will have two years to complete his remaining two years of eligibility.
