Welcome to Midnight Mania!
In just two days (Thursday, March 21, 2024), the long-awaited road house The remake will be released on Amazon Prime (not in theaters). It's worth noting that this film marks Conor McGregor's silver screen debut, and it's a project he's spent a lot of time on the sidelines over the past few years. McGregor will play the villainous Knox, the opponent of Jake Gyllenhaal's UFC dropout and bouncer Dalton.
McGregor's time on set has resulted in quite a few interesting stories. For example, according to McGregor himself, he made multiple enemies while he was in tinsel town.McGregor also shared his inner self terminator He was responsible for filming the nude scenes, which taught Gyllenhaal an important lesson about the intensity of the fight game.
McGregor is now revealing more behind-the-scenes stories, including working with Hollywood stuntmen. The Irishman revealed the exchanges were quite serious, including knocking several of his colleagues to the floor with “real shots”.
“We've gotten rid of some of them,” McGregor told ESPN. “Spinning back kicks, you know? Roundhouse kicks to the ribs, head kicks. A few side kicks to the head. …I won't tell you the story, but there were definitely some real shots.
“I hit the players and they hit me and I had no problem with it,” McGregor continued. “And they had no problem with it. They told me to do it. 'F-king, no, really hit me.' [I said,] 'Are you serious? '”
As of now, McGregor's next UFC bout remains unbooked. However, his latest statement shows his confidence that he will return to the cage against Michael Chandler during the summer. He hopes his return will not be delayed any further.

It feels like the chances of Dorikas du Plessis vs. Israel Adesanya actually losing in South Africa are close to zero, which is a huge shame. Can you imagine that scene?
Doricas du Plessis does not want to fight “too soon” to recover from his injury, saying that ideally he would fight twice in 2024.
He also believes his next fight will be against Israel Adesanya.

Collins was staggering in the ring! His leg was completely gone.
Cory Sandhagen is one of my favorite active fighters and his work on bodywork is a big part of that.
Always curious, Cory Sandhagen is very interested in how impact forces affect the human digestive system. A sample of his research is enclosed. pic.twitter.com/LeBnC5rWF1
