Jake Wetton suffered a minor hamstring injury during the team's second training match against Great Britain on Wednesday.
Attacking midfielder Brooks has adapted quickly to international hockey since making her Hockeyroos debut in 2023. She has played in 32 international matches to date and will also be making her Olympic debut here.
Alice Arnott had been suffering from calf pain since arriving in Paris and withdrew from her first match as a precaution.
