You could make a thoughtful argument that either one should be drafted as the RB2, or, if you don't feel like making the argument yourself, you could read the cases our analysts have laid out for each instead. Incidentally, Hall looks likely to be selected as the RB2 early in the draft, according to Yahoo ADP.
