Jake Paul has been attacking Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal after their recent boxing matches.
The Professional Fighters League (PFL) offered Nate Diaz a whopping $15 million to fight Jake Paul under MMA rules, but Diaz turned it down.
Instead, the California native opted to compete in a boxing match against Jorge Masvidal.
The two last faced off in the Octagon at UFC 244 in November 2019, with Masvidal (35-17-1 MMA) defeating Diaz (21-13-1 MMA) by TKO to take home the victory and his first BMF title.
It was a different story in the boxing ring, where the 39-year-old Diaz defeated “Gamebred” by majority decision (95-95, 97-93, 98-92) on Saturday, July 6th at Honda Arena in Anaheim, California.
According to a lawsuit filed by Diaz this week, he apparently was not paid $9 million for the fight with Masvidal.
Diaz is suing Juan Mio and promoter Solomon Engel for fraud and breach of contract, claiming he only received $1 million of the $10 million promised for the Masvidal bout.
Jake Paul hasn't shown much sympathy for Diaz, implying that while he still wants to fight him in MMA, the original $15 million is no longer up for negotiation.
Working on 'XPaul told Diaz:
I think you should take that $15 million from the PFL a little more seriously, idiot.
Yesterday's price is not today's price
Alas, Masvidal is broke and can't sell anything https://t.co/c0BRKFuxc1

For now, Paul is preparing for his boxing match against Mike Perry this Saturday, July 20th at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.
Paul currently has 9 wins (6 knockouts) and 1 loss, but will be looking to increase his tally of wins in the ring to 10 by fighting Perry.
Attention will then shift to the rescheduled bout between Paul and Mike Tyson on Friday, November 15th at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
