The University of Alabama football team opens its 2024 season in 50 days against Western Kentucky University at Bryant-Denny Stadium, and representatives from the Crimson Tide are scheduled to attend SEC Media Days in Dallas next week.
As football season prepares, the program has made some changes to its official online roster, including changing the jersey numbers, heights and weights of new players and jersey numbers for returning players.
Most of Alabama's freshmen enrolled early in the spring, but seven freshmen joined the Crimson Tide this summer, along with six additional enrollees through the transfer portal after spring camp concluded.
Highly-touted freshman wide receiver Ryan Williams will wear No. 2, while offensive tackle Caidyn Proctor, who left the team in the spring and returned this summer, will revert to No. 74. Read the full list of changes below.
