Russell Wilson looks ready to roll with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Wilson is coming off a wild year with the Broncos that saw him getting benched, despite throwing for 26 touchdowns and 3,070 yards.
Denver cut him loose, and the former Wisconsin QB and Super Bowl champion signed with the Steelers. He needed a fresh start, and got it with his third NFL team.
He also looks like he’s in great shape.
Russell Wilson shows off his boxing skills.
Wilson has recently posted videos of himself practicing boxing, so he should be in top shape ahead of the start of the season.
Boxing is also great for building stamina, which won't be an issue for Wilson, but a boost in energy is never a bad thing.

Russell Wilson is sure to have a big boost in his career with the Steelers, and Justin Fields is also on the quarterback team, but he's expected to be watching the game on the sidelines with a clipboard.
The Russell Wilson show should be happening in Pittsburgh, and after two strange seasons with the Broncos, it's time for him to try and get back to his old ways.
At the very least, the talented quarterback appears to be in great shape and able to pack a quick punch.
Time will tell if Wilson can get the job done with the Steelers, but he certainly seems to be trying. Let me know what you think. david.hookstead@outkick.com.
