Peyton Talbot once again impressed fight fans at UFC 303 when he knocked out Iannis Ghemmouri in 19 seconds.
UFC 303 news: Peyton Talbot burns down champion Sean O'Malley and top bantamweight contenders
Talbot came into the bout at -1600 odds and lived up to all expectations. After fending off an early attack from Gemmori, Talbot caught his opponent with a jab and then landed an off-kilter right hand, catching Gemmori off guard. When Gemmori went on the offensive, Talbot's right hand landed directly on his jaw, sending him falling to the ground.
The fight could have been stopped at this point, but Talbot's ground-and-pound shook Gemmori's cage, and the bout was called off. Talbot's reputation with fans and pundits was already high after his dominating debut against Cameron Syman, but it could have been even higher.

In his post-fight interview, Talbot named Adrian Yanez, who is ranked in the bantamweight division until late 2023. Yanez is a good boxer with a lot of power in his hands and should be a good test for Talbot to see if he can really hold his own against the best in the division.
