Cambridge, Massachusetts – The Harvard University Men’s Ice Hockey team will welcome eight freshmen into the varsity team this season (July 1). Coach Donato and the Crimson will add four forwards, two defensemen and two goalies to the 24-25 varsity roster.
One of the youngest teams in the country, the Crimson fought all through the 23-24 season to earn home ice in the first round of the ECAC playoffs. After winning at least one playoff round every season since 2013-2014, the Crimson lost to the eventual ECAC champions Cornell Big Red in two very close games in Ithaca.
Harvard returns most of its key players from last season and will be looking to build on a successful season with its core players. Ian Moore, Zachary Culpa, Joe Miller, Ryan Healy, Jack Barand Ak Koskenvuo He is expected to return to the Crimson next season.

He will play for the Green Bay Gamblers and Muskegon Lumberjacks (USHL) in 2023-24. He was an assistant captain with Dexter Southfield in 2021-22. He scored 12 goals and added 15 assists.
