Ryan Garcia is down, but Devin Haney wants to hit him some more.
The result of their April bout was overturned, Garcia's victory vacated and Haney's clean record restored, and the New York State Athletic Commission declared the bout a void due to Garcia's PED abuse prior to the fight.
Garcia will be suspended for one year and asked to give up $1 million in earnings from Golden Boy Promotions, meaning he will be unable to compete in boxing matches for some time.
He will also pay a $10,000 fine for drug violations.

Do these penalties suit Garcia? Haney believes they are still too light.
The current World Boxing Council (WBC) super lightweight titleholder is looking to attack Garcia further.
“I think he should have been banned for longer, I think he should have been banned from boxing, and I think he should have been fined more,” he said.
Haney's camp has loudly protested the result of the April 20 fight, which Garcia was declared the winner by majority decision, but he and his father believe Garcia won.
Haney believes Garcia stands to lose a lot of money in the future because of the losses caused by his drug abuse.
Further legal action against Ryan Garcia
Garcia has already served a one-year suspension, but his troubles are not over yet as Haney's camp is considering further legal action against him.
He believes he lost not only that match, but other matches in which he could have won more money.
“My lawyers will do what they have to do to prove that in court against Ryan. I intend to take legal action because it has affected me in every way, not just financially but emotionally,” he told Title Sports Net reporter Michael Benson.
Haney has yet to get a fight scheduled, but he did challenge Ryan Garcia to a rematch at X to settle it all.
“Not gonna lie, I'm glad it wasn't a DQ. I don't want to win like that. Once this suspension is over @RyanGarcia let's do it again. Fair fight, clean. The biggest fight in boxing history!” he wrote.
Ryan Garcia vs. Devin Haney, but with X
The two continue to blame each other for X even after the suspensions were announced.
Garcia, who already faces criminal damage charges in California, countered Haney's challenge by saying his biggest fight wasn't theirs, but the fight he fought with Gervonta.
He also responded to Haney's plans to file further lawsuits for “hurting his feelings,” calling Haney the sweetest guy ever.
Haney has sought to settle the matter out of court, but Garcia has not yet responded.
Instead, they engaged in an exchange that drew P. Diddy into a homophobic controversy.
