We’re still a long way from college football season, and we’re still a long way from SEC Media Days.
With college sports in Florida finished through August, we are searching for answers to questions that haven't been asked much in the past.
Seriously, other than the Las Vegas spread coming out and reminding us how difficult the schedule is, has anything changed in the last few weeks that makes us think about the Gators in 2024?
This is a long way to get to the latest High five Here are the five teams I predict will win the national title this season.
1. Texas – Great coach, no holes on the roster, a manageable schedule — what's not to like? The Horns' toughest games (Michigan, Georgia) are spread out.
- Ohio – The Buckeyes are extremely well-rounded thanks to their NIL roster, and new offensive coordinator Chip Kelly can’t afford to let them down.
- Ole Miss – The Portal Kings have put together a great roster and a more moderate schedule than most SEC teams will face.
- Georgia – We know they have the talent to make the playoffs, the question is whether the Bulldogs will be able to get Bioff due to schedule constraints.
- Oregon – Dillon Gabriel, this is your real opportunity. Don’t miss it.
