Castillo, a longtime assistant in the NFL, has been named offensive line coach. Frazier assumed the wide receivers coach role after most recently serving on the Tennessee Titans staff. Thomas returns to Westwood as running backs coach after two years at his alma mater, Navy. White, a veteran offensive coach and former standout quarterback, will lead the Bruins' signal callers.

jerry neuheisel, who coached UCLA's wide receivers from 2021 to 2023, will likely take over the tight end room. Billy Fessler, who was added to the staff as quarterbacks coach in January after two seasons in Akron, will remain with the Bruins as an offensive analyst.
Possessing over 40 years of coaching experience, including nearly 30 years in the NFL, Castillo began his career at the collegiate level before joining current NFL head coaches Jim Harbaugh, John Harbaugh, Sean McDermott and Andy – Served as a lead staff member. His longest NFL tenure was in Philadelphia, where during his 18 seasons on staff (1995-2012), the Eagles won his sixth NFC East title, He appeared in the NFC Championship Game five times and advanced to Super Bowl XXXIX.
Castillo recently spent time on Ron Rivera's Washington Commanders staff as tight ends coach in 2021 and 2022. His NFL experience also includes playing for the Chicago Bears (2020, 2021), Buffalo Bills (2017, 2018) and Baltimore Ravens (2013-2016). ). Castillo served as an offensive analyst at the University of Michigan in 2019, rushing for over 200 yards (203.2 yards) and 12 points while helping a team that ranked 15th nationally in yards per play (6.09 yards). Frazier's two-year tenure in Tennessee (2021, 2022) was highlighted by an outstanding 2021 season as the Titans went 12-5 and are on their way to a first-place finish in the AFC South. Tennessee ranks fifth in the NFL with 141.4 rushing yards per game, and receiver AJ Brown had a strong season with 63 catches for 869 yards and five touchdowns. In 2022, the Titans finished second in the AFC South and had two offensive starters named to the Pro Bowl. In addition, five different players recorded 30 or more receptions.
Before making the jump to the NFL, Frazier attended Montana State University (2019, 2020), Western Illinois University (2018), Northwestern University (2017), University of Dayton (2016), Delaware Valley University (2014, (2015) served as a college coach. Montana State went 11-4 with Frazier on staff as passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach. In 2019, MSU was ranked No. 4 in the country and advanced to the semifinals of the FCS playoffs.

Thomas returns to UCLA, where he previously worked as an offensive analyst (2020, 2021) and the program's strategic intelligence director (2019). Thomas assisted the offensive coaches off the field with basic game planning, opponent breakdowns, opponent personnel, opponent trends, and more. He worked specifically with Foster and running backs in 2020 and 2021, with the Bruins posting top-20 scoring and rushing offenses both years, including future NFL backs Britten Brown and Demetric Felton. – Contributed to the coaching of junior Zach Charbonnet.
Thomas left UCLA in 2022 to become director of player personnel for his alma mater, Navy. He was selected to coach the Slotbacks in 2023 and was a mainstay on the Midshipmen team from 2010 to 2013. He is Navy's all-time leader in kickoff return yards with 2,338 yards. With Thomas on the staff, Navy's ball carriers rank 17th nationally in rushing offense (194.6 yards per game). Before Thomas took his first coaching job at UCLA, he served in the United States Marine Corps for five years and served in Okinawa, Japan.

White has 16 years of coaching experience, most recently serving as an offensive assistant and quarterbacks coach for the NFL's Houston Texans. He played at Maryland (2021), Prairie View A&M (2018, 2019), Pine Bluff, Arkansas (2016, 2017), Howard (2011-2015), Southern (2010), and Texas State We stopped in the South (2006-2008). university level. White spent parts of six years as a member of the NFL, NFL Europe and CFL teams after a record-breaking career as a quarterback at Howard University.
