WWE NXT star Laura Vice recently spoke with Under the Ring about several topics, including her transition from MMA to professional wrestling.
“It was the hardest transition of my life. I had to learn so much, not just about wrestling, but also socially,” Vice said. [WWE] The Performance Center attracts many talented athletes from around the world and the competition is highly competitive.”
On giving his all to NXT:
“I put the same hard work and passion into this that I put into MMA. I built the brand from the ground up and built Lola Vice into what it is today, striving to be second to none every time I stepped into the ring. I'm grateful to have come this far.”
About the NXT Women's Division:
“I believe the NXT women's division is the best women's wrestling division in the world. It's as good as any other division. There's a lot of great talent there. Of course it's competitive, but we have a good environment at the Performance Center. Everyone helps each other to win. But I think in a few years, NXT talent will take over the main roster because the best trainers in the world are there. They have a great program. They have a lot of resources. That's why we have so many women wrestling on the show. We're so talented. It shows that women can be beautiful and amazing too. I'm so proud to be living in this time.”
