Tonight in Las Vegas, Gervonta “Tank” Davis will put his unbeaten record on the line against Frank Martin in a lightweight title fight. The 29-year-old Martin faces off against the Baltimore native's Tank Dethrone and it will be interesting to see if he can pull off the upset.
Tank (29-0, 27 KOs), the WBA “regular” 135-pound champion, will face Martin (18-0, 12 KOs) in the main event of the PBC on Prime Video PPV at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Benavidez moves up to light heavyweight
David Benavidez (28-0, 24 KOs) steps up to a higher-risk weight class to compete at light heavyweight and puts his sights on the WBC interim 175-pound title against former world champion Oleksandr Gvozdyk (20-1, 16 KOs) in the 12-round main supporting bout on tonight’s card.
It was a calculated risk for Benavidez, who chose to leave the safe waters of the 168-pound division to compete against the best in the 175-pound division and claim the prize money.
Benavidez is popular enough to headline his own card, but he's been paired with Tank Davis to ensure the success of tonight's PBC card on Prime Video PPV.
Gvozdyk will determine whether Benavidez has a future at 175 pounds. Because the division is new, there are many questions about whether he is the real deal or just one of many fighters who are drunk on past success and overconfident.
Benavidez broke into the pay-per-view market last November, but putting him on the undercard rather than the main event was a safer bet.
