Given the 3-0 lead in the Finals, Porzingis is expected to be at least very limited, but likely out for Game 4, which is when the Finals have the least amount of time left. One of the biggest changes with Porzingis' absence so far this postseason has been the shift in Tatum's first quarter minutes, playing the entire first quarter instead of just eight or nine minutes.
The extra minutes have helped Tatum's scoring rate increase, topping the 6.5-point mark in the first quarter in nine of Porzingis' 11 games this postseason. He averaged 9.5 points in those games. Tatum shed some rust in his last game on the first court, scoring 13 points on 4-of-7 shooting and making three free throws. With Porzingis' set plays removed from the game plan, Tatum has had more opportunities to start games.
Additionally, while all of the comments about Finals MVP were correct, Tatum is a competitive player and beyond the aforementioned stats, I can see him taking things into his own hands and giving it another go in a high-scoring game.
I expect Tatum to get off to a strong start here.
choose: Jayson Tatum scores 6.5 or more points in the first quarter

Luka Doncic should continue to find success in the first quarter of these games.
This postseason, Luka has been great in games following losses. In his last six games following a loss, he has averaged 12.8 points in the first quarter and has exceeded that mark in five of the seven games, with eight misses and 13 points in both games two and three.
Luka indicated in an interview with Malika Andrews today that he will get another painkilling injection before Game 4. That shot should be most effective at the start of this game, giving Luka some relief at the start of the game.
The start of the game is when he is at his best, which is another reason to back him.
Considering Luka lost steam at the end of the game and got a little extra rest by fouling out in the 4th quarter, I expect he will be motivated to avoid a sweep tonight.
I expect Luka Doncic to get off to another strong start.
choose: Luka Doncic, 8.5+ points in the first quarter
