MAXHUB and UK distributor Dynamic Tech will be attending London Tech Week for the first time as partners, making this the perfect opportunity for both companies to discuss their collaboration, strategic vision and product news.
I grabbed Kevin Wang, Head of Europe, MAXHUB and Yu Ning, Managing Director of Dynamic TechWe chatted with him about what it means to be at the event together, his views on collaboration solutions, company updates, and more.
Wang testified that the joint participation in LTW is particularly exciting for MAXHUB, as it officially marks its expansion from pure Pro-AV to comprehensive IT technology scenarios.
“Our business continues to expand, especially since we began our partnership with Microsoft in early 2023,” he said.
“This is a great opportunity to showcase MAXHUB's comprehensive solutions, from professional display to intelligent collaboration.”
For Dynamic Tech, this is its first time participating in LTW and it also marks an important business milestone as the group expands from the security industry (Dynamic CCTV) into the Pro-AV and IT sectors.
“Joining LTW is a significant moment for our company and demonstrates that we are also a technology solutions company that brings the best vendors from around the world to the UK,” says Ning.
Entering the conferencing solutions industry: a natural strategic move
First, let me talk about MAXHUB's focus on the conferencing solutions sector, which has been heavily affected by the pandemic.
“As we all know, the pandemic has significantly changed people's work habits, making workspaces more diverse and hybrid work more prominent,” Wang points out.
“Most businesses are increasingly focusing on enhancing collaboration and improving communication, and we have decided to expand our product portfolio accordingly.”
Effectively, this means that MAXHUB's product range has expanded from professional displays to intelligent collaboration solutions and now includes six different product lines, at this stage the company has chosen to focus on three of them as part of its EU and UK market penetration strategy.
“Our first focus product is V6 ViewPro Series Interactive Flat Panels, CMA Series Commercial Displayand our XT10-VB Kit for Microsoft Teams Rooms” Kevin Wang said.
In fact, MAXHUB will be unveiling its latest generation IFPD and a new MS Teams Rooms kit, the XCore Kit Pro, at London Tech Week.
“Our goal is to provide our customers and end users with solutions that truly address the diversity and complexity of their modern communications needs.”
MAXHUB and Dynamic Tech: Global Localization
Now, let’s talk strategy. What is the vision behind the collaboration between MAXHUB and Dynamic Tech?
The formal partnership between the two companies will commence in July 2023 and will significantly expand MAXHUB's presence in the UK market.
“As a global leader in the professional display industry, our business strategy has always been to Globalizationbut also Localization” Wang emphasized.
“That’s why we prefer to work with local companies like Dynamic Tech, who have deep roots in the UK market and many years of industry experience and networks.”
From the beginning, MAXHUB and Dynamic Tech were aligned on the operational goal of making MAXHUB the number one brand for professional meeting solutions in the next five years. And, of course, they are aware of how ambitious a goal this sounds.
“Since 2017 when MAXHUB was founded, we have dominated the Asia-Pacific market as a premium brand in multiple countries, including Japan, China and South Korea,” Wang explained.
“We are confident that with Dynamic Tech we can offer UK customers the exact same experience and product quality as we have in the collaborative industry.”
On Dynamic Tech's side, they recognized MAXHUB as a globally leading brand in its field and knew how to grab a good business opportunity when they saw it.
“MAXHUB provides premium-level solutions and has seen rapid growth in the Asian market since its establishment,” explains Ning.
“We see great potential for their brands to enter the EU and UK markets. For us, it's an opportunity to expand and diversify our customer base.”
