BoxLab Promotions' rising star, Geovanie Estela (14-0, 5 KOs), a 23-year-old Puerto Rican-American from Orlando, Florida, will represent the United States in the prestigious “Prizefighter” tournament. Promoted by Matchroom Boxing in association with Rakuten Ticket and Never Say Never (NSN), the event will take place at the Yamato Arena in Osaka on July 15, 2024.
Estella will face fellow undefeated contender Aaron McKenna (18-0, 9 KOs) of Smithboro, Ireland in a highly anticipated 10 round bout. The tournament features eight elite fighters competing for a $1 million prize. Estella is the only U.S. representative in the competition.
“This is an amazing opportunity for me to prove myself against the best in the world,” said Estela. “I am honored to represent Puerto Rico and the United States and I am ready to give it my all in the ring. Having trained in Miami with some of the best in boxing, I am ready to take on the challenge and bring home the victory.”
Estela's participation marks a major step forward in his burgeoning career. With the support of Boxlab Promotions, Estela has dazzled with his talent, determination and unbeaten record. The tournament will be broadcast live around the world on DAZN, allowing boxing fans around the world to tune in.

Other 10-round bouts in the Prizefighter tournament include Japan's Riku Kunimoto (10-1, 4 KOs) vs. Kani Eiki (8-3-3, 3 draws, 4 KOs); Great Britain's Kieron Conway (20-3-1, 5 KOs) vs. Mark Dickinson (6-0, 2 KOs); and Japan's Takesako Hisato (16-1-1, 1 draw, 15 KOs) vs. China's Ainwael Ilishati (19-1-1, 14 KOs).
