Uzbekistan is fielding four female and seven male boxers at the Paris Olympics, with the country's stars being trained in person for this year's flagship event.

The female boxers who qualify are still very young – Sabina Bobokulova (50kg) and Nigina Ukhtamova (54kg) were both born in 2003 – but the two have won several Asian titles since 2019. Sitra Turdibekova (57kg) is 22 years old, while the Asian welterweight (66kg) champion Navbakol Khamidova is 23 years old.
One of Uzbekistan's top talents, 2016 Rio Olympic champion Hasanboy Dusmatov, will be aiming for his next title win in Paris, and the 31-year-old flyweight (51 kg) star is in top form after a series of warm-up matches.
Uzbekistan's featherweight (57kg) phenom Abdumalik Kharokhov is a world champion, Asian Games winner and Asian champion but is yet to win an Olympic gold medal.
World champions such as Ruslan Abdullaev (63.5 kg) and Asadokuzha Muydinkuzhayev (71 kg), as well as Youth World Champion Turabek Habibullaev (80 kg) and Asian champion Lazizbek Murodzhonov (92 kg), all qualified to compete in the Paris Games at the inaugural tournament.st World Olympic Boxing Qualifiers.
The team's next superstar, multiple-time Asian champion Bakodir Yarolov, is the Olympic super heavyweight (over 92 kg) title holder and all experts expect him to win his second title in Paris.
Yavohir Abdullahimov (71kg), Yavohir Umataliyev (75kg), promising young boxers Fazliddin Erkinboev (80kg), Shokhzhakon Abdullaev (86kg), World bronze medallist Madyar Saidrahimov (92kg), Diyorbek Uralov (92kg) and five-time Asian champion Yakongir Zokirov (+92kg) are also taking part in the training camp to support the qualified boxers.
