Deontay Wilder's fiancée, Terry Swift, has filed a temporary restraining order against the boxer, TMZ reports.
This follows allegations reported by TMZ that he abused her multiple times over the past six years.
Swift and Wilder began dating in 2015, but Swift reportedly filed for a restraining order in Los Angeles over the weekend, and a judge granted it on Monday.
The restraining order was reportedly issued just two days after Wilder was knocked out in a heavyweight bout against Chinese boxer Zhang Zhilei.
The order reportedly requires Wilder to stay at least 100 yards away from Swift and her daughter until they both appear in court on June 25.
Swift claims in her filing that Wilder has choked her “at least five times” since 2018, spat on her several times, and even allegedly became so angry that he shoved her face into a pillow for so long that she “nearly suffocated.”
Swift also alleged that in mid-April, Wilder accessed her laptop without her permission and sent disturbing messages to her personal and professional acquaintances.
Swift also alleged that Wilder constantly taunted and threatened her while demanding that she have sex with him “three times a day.”
She also claimed that she was evicted from her Atlanta home on April 15, even though she was recovering from a recent invasive surgery. She has reportedly been living in her Los Angeles home since then.
She brought her 6-year-old daughter to his Los Angeles home, but claimed Wilder was monitoring them through the home surveillance system.

Swift added that she was scared that Wilder would become violent towards her after returning to Los Angeles following his loss to Chan.
“Deontay has expressed enraged feelings towards me since April and has been physically abusive towards me in the past, which leads me to believe he may be physically violent towards me upon his return in June,” she alleged.
