Ladies and gentlemen, the time has come to watch as action star, martial arts genius, and filmmaker Bren Foster unleashes the incredible power of a one-man army in the trailer for his directorial debut. Life after the fightFoster stars, writes, and directs the story of a former world champion who must take on a human trafficking ring when two of his students go missing. The story begins with Foster, who I've dubbed the Human Tornado, taking down bad guys as a one-man army to save kids. But don't take my word for it. Check out the new trailer below to see Foster's signature acting chops.
Retired world martial arts champion Alex Faulkner is living an ordinary life when two of his students disappear and he makes an unexpected discovery close to home. When all hope of finding the children is gone, he finds the captive girls, uncovers an international child trafficking ring and is once again drawn into the biggest fight of his life against those behind it.
Cathy Howarth, Annabelle Stevenson, and Luke Ford round out the cast, with Foster working on multiple productions. A promotional teaser trailer was released a while back, but has since been removed. However, it showed Foster taking down bad guys at lightning speed with rapid-fire kicks and equally rapid-fire hand combos. Foster is one of the best in the business, and this film will prove just how talented he is. The film is high drama with Foster tackling the very real and terrifying subject of human trafficking, and the message is illustrated with his signature martial arts action scenes that will appeal to fans of the punch-me-down genre.
I recently had the chance to speak with Foster about his background in martial arts, his filmography and more. The Last Ship, The Greatest Faith and Ability to execute We also heard more about Life After Fighting and what Foster and his crew did behind the scenes to put this passion project together.
