The bout with 'The Gypsy King' is still fresh in our memory, with 'The Cat' dominating his British opponent in Riyadh to win by split decision, while the bout with Anthony Joshua was a while back, with Usyk doing the same to Joshua – twice! Lopez asked Usyk to compare his former rivals.Usyk had a unique perspective.
Usyk responded in polished English: “Anthony Joshua is quintessential boxing. My friend Tyson Fury's Greedy Belly said, listen, it's like still water and carbonated water. The still water is Anthony Joshua and the carbonated water is Tyson Fury.” What he may have meant was that Tyson Fury is a very loud and flamboyant personality, which was evident even before the fight – Fury was taunting Usyk in the ring!
Anthony Joshua has always been calm and calculating, but that hasn't been enough to win both of his bouts with Oleksandr Usyk. That doesn't negate Usyk's statement, though. With Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk set to meet on December 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Fury could change Usyk's mind.
However, it seems that Oleksandr Usyk has other exciting plans after the rematch, and the cruiserweight boxers might not like it!

Oleksandr Usyk makes shocking statement
After his win over Tyson Fury, many in the boxing community believe that Usyk should retire from boxing because he has achieved everything a boxer could ever want, but rather than returning just for a reunion with Tyson Fury, Usyk wants to return to the cruiserweight division where he once dominated.
In the same podcast, Usyk told Lopez:, “After the rematch, I might move down to cruiserweight. I want to fight more at cruiserweight.” Usyk also expressed his desire to regain the undefeated cruiserweight title, citing his dislike of the strict diet required to compete at heavyweight.
