Jeff Brohm and the Cardinals added more players through the transfer portal this offseason than any other team in the ACC after appearing in the league championship game last fall, and some sort of roster shake-up should put Louisville on the list of favorites to win it, along with Florida State, Miami and Clemson.
22. Kansas State Wildcats

You know why the Wildcats are one of the favorites to win the championship. expansion Big 12: Avery Johnson emerged as a budding superstar after passing twice and running for one touchdown in Kansas State's win over North Carolina State in the Pop Tarts Bowl. Years of starting quarterback Will Howard entered the transfer portal, but the Kansas State offense showed no ill effects from his departure as Johnson controlled the offense with his knack for making big plays on the move.
23. Miami Hurricanes

Mario Cristobal's work in the transfer portal isn't done yet. He continues to add to Miami's most solid roster in years. Key additions up front and at the skill positions, including Washington State quarterback Cam Ward, have made the Hurricanes one of the ACC's hottest prospects this offseason. There's no reason Miami can't be in the top 15 going into November, but they still have some proof to prove.
24. Arizona Wildcats
