The Adel DeSoto Minburn boys soccer team is preparing to start its season later this month.
The Tigers had a great year in 2023, finishing with a 13-3 overall record (7-1 in the Raccoon River Conference). ADM started 4-0, but lost two straight to Gilbert and Dallas Center Grimes. They managed to win nine of their final 10 games, but lost 7-6 to Xavier in the second round of Class 3A-8.
ADM was the leading scorer last year with Peyton Meyer scoring 52 points, Rylan Stein-Smith scoring 24 points and Tom Hook scoring 17 points. All three players will be seniors this year. The Tigers graduated seniors Joel Freiermuth, Colin Post and Chase Grove from last year's team. ADM begins this season on the road at North Polk High School on Thursday, March 28th.
