San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembaneyama and Oklahoma City Thunder center Chet Holmgren headlined the NBA All-Rookie Team selections, receiving all 99 first-team votes.
The first-team honors capped Wenbanyama's postseason winnings total. He won the Rookie of the Year award unanimously earlier this month and finished second to Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert in Defensive Player of the Year voting. The All-Rookie team, like the other awards, is determined by a vote of sportswriters and broadcasters.
Wenbanyama led all rookies in points (21.4 PPG) and rebounds (10.6) and led the NBA in blocks per game (3.6). Holmgren averaged 16.5 points, 7.9 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game for the Thunder, which won 57 games and was the best in the Western Conference. Holmgren was the only player not to participate in the 2023 NBA Draft. The 2022 No. 2 draft pick missed last season after Lisfranc injured his right foot.
Charlotte Hornets wing Brandon Miller was named on all but one ballot, receiving 97 first-team votes and one second-team vote. Miami Heat wing Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Golden State Warriors guard Brandin Podziemski rounded out the All-Rookie First Team.

The second team is Mavericks center Derek Lively II, Houston Rockets wing Armen Thompson, Utah Jazz guard Keyontae George, Thunder wing Kayson Wallace, Memphis Grizzlies. The team consisted of winger GG Jackson II. Jackson was the only member of the All-Rookie team not to be drafted in the first round. Last June, the Grizzlies took him No. 45.
Trayce Jackson-Davis almost made the All-Rookie Second Team, but he scored one fewer point (42) than Jackson (43). Jackson received four fewer votes but received five first-team votes, while Jackson-Davis was on the second team with all 42 votes he entered.
Portland Trail Blazers guard Scoot Henderson was a player who received first-team votes but was not selected to the team. He led all rookies in assists per game (5.4) and received one first-team vote and 32 second-team votes.
