Choose your character and start a new Pathfinder adventure with pre-painted minis from WizKids!
WizKids' line of pre-painted miniatures is the perfect solution for those who don't have the time or desire to paint miniatures. Today we’re taking a closer look at the miniatures from Pathfinder Battle: Ruby Phoenix’s Fist – Martial Arts Masters Box Set.
What's inside the miniature box?
The Pathfinders Battle: Ruby Fist of the Phoenix – Martial Arts Masters box set includes seven miniatures representing unique figures from the Pathfinders Ruby Phoenix Fist adventure path. It contains the following diagram:
Tamikan, Kongamato Predator: A fierce competitor in the miniature arena.
Demonic Magician Kotozekora: A figure that exudes mysterious bravery.
Jinhye: A warrior whose attitude is as unwavering as his determination.
Shu Takunwa White Haired Witch: A miniature that captures the essence of a difficult mystery.
Takatora (large tengu figure): A terrifying presence on any battlefield.
Lai Shou Postulant, Yeti Monk: A beast-like monk who brings chills to his opponents.
Yarika, biting rose: Highly detailed and troublesome enemies.
Overall, these miniatures painted pretty well right out of the box. I like the look of them. I especially like the miniatures of Shu Takunwa, Rai Shou Postulant, and Koto Zerola.
Scale comparison image
In this scale comparison image, I placed the Stormcast Eternal from Age of Sigmar in the center of the miniature from the Pathfinder Battles Fist of the Ruby Phoenix – Martial Arts Masters box set. This is to give you an idea of the size of the miniatures in this set.
Summary…
Let's be honest, not all of us like or have the time to paint miniatures. The painted miniatures by WizKids are truly amazing.
The boxed set we unpacked here today is just one of the many pre-painted miniature collections available for purchase from WizKids. Love it or hate it, they do a better job of representing the eyes on the figures than I could paint them myself.
Until next time, Happy Gaming everyone!!!
