PROVO, Utah — BYU will hold its annual football reunion on Friday, March 22, capping off the festivities with the 2024 Alumni Game against Montana State at 6 p.m. The Alumni Game is free and open to the public and will be broadcast live on BYUtv.
This year's alumni game will be played at BYU's West Campus, part of the old Provo High School and formerly known as Bulldog Stadium, as LaVell Edwards Stadium will be unavailable this offseason due to construction of a new field. It will be held in the field. Gates open at 5pm (MT).
The 2024 BYU football team will hold a closed practice with football alumni on the team's practice field before attending the Alumni Game Festival and interacting with fans. The Fan Zone, located just south of BYU's West Campus Field, will be open during the event, which begins at 5 p.m. and features food trucks, concessions, meet-and-greets with BYU football players, photo ops, on-field games and more. Masu.
BYU football featured more than 50 former players, including the return of QBs Max Hall and Brandon Dorman, after Hall's team defeated Dorman's team 26-20 at LaVell Edwards Stadium last year. The 2024 alumni list has been announced. The 2024 game will feature several returning players from last year's alumni team, along with many newcomers. Hall will join James Lark and Jake Heaps at the quarterback position and will go up against Dorman and former signal-callers Riley Nelson and Jackson Browne.
In addition to the players attending the game, many other football alumni, including current NFL players, will be on the sidelines and in the stands enjoying the event and supporting the players attending the game.
